Local Market Growth Beyond Expectation for Audatex

This year has been a busy one for Audatex in South Africa. Their team and customer base has grown beyond expectations and their commitment to the market has never been stronger. The Audatex businesses across the globe have been restructured under Solera, which has allowed them to invest in their teams. It has also meant that they’ve been able to bring global products to local markets faster.

In South Africa key modules of the Qapter AI platform are already in the market. Qapter Guided Image Capture, Intelligent Damage Detection and Solera Analytics are already available to enhance customer and body shop experiences. Audatex are growing their platform integrations with key industry players and have established recent connections with leading BMS providers. This is a huge efficiency gain for their customers. Most recently they have connected their Qapter Connect solution with TMS and are looking to develop this further with other key market BMS systems.

Dr Smash software is also now fully integrated. Audatex don’t plan to slow down in 2023. The company will be launching a new, more engaging customer facing website to improve of their communication with their growing customer base, providing more social and news updates. Audatex will be expanding the Qapter platform and bringing other Solera Company solutions to market such as eDriving and ESG. ESG will support the industry, to meet environmental and CSR targets, by providing a Solera CO2 e-calculator to show CO2 emissions generated per repair/replace operation, to inform decision making and best practice. “It’s been a challenging but rewarding 2022” says Neil Garrett, director at Solera. “With some strong changes in direction and focus, our team has been able to work more closely with the BMS systems in the market. Improving efficiencies for our repairers, while introducing some of our latest AI innovation to the Insurers and work-providers has been our focus. We have also changed our strategy for parts, by ceasing to be the reseller of Partsmart in the market. “I am genuinely excited and humbled to lead a fantastic team of experienced and dedicated individuals in South Africa. Our fabulous account management team is headed up by Jermaine Davids. The implementation team is lead by Thuli Booi. Thuli’s team onboards and supports our customers from day one. Nathan Moodley leads our experienced customer support team and Ahmed Limalia and the team bringing the data to life within Abuntex! We are excited to see what the new year has in store.”
